General

·       The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

·       Amore Atelier Fashion Designing L.L.C. will not trade with or provide any services to countries or individuals subject to OFAC sanctions or any other applicable international sanctions.

·       Customers under the age of 18 years are not permitted to register as users of this website or make purchases through the website.

·       The cardholder must retain a copy of all transaction records, as well as the Merchant's policies and rules.

·       Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Privacy Policy

·       All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.

·       We will not pass any debit or credit card details to third parties.

·       We take appropriate measures to ensure data privacy and security through various hardware and software security practices. However, Amore Atelier Dubai cannot guarantee the complete security of information transmitted over the internet.

·       We are not responsible for the privacy policies of third-party websites linked from our website. If you provide information to such third parties, their own privacy policies will apply.

·       Our Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to comply with legal requirements or business practices. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on the website.

Purchases

Amore Atelier Dubai accepts the following payment methods:

·       Cash

·       Cheque

·       Local and International Bank Transfer

·       Visa and Mastercard Debit/Credit Cards

·       Apple Pay

·       Google Pay

·       Tabby 

·       Tamara

All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment service providers.

Payment information is transmitted directly to our secure payment gateway through an encrypted connection.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Customers must notify us within one (1) day of receiving their order if:

·       The item is defective due to materials or workmanship; or

·       There is an error in the size or measurements made by Amore Atelier Dubai.

Claims must be submitted by emailing info@amoreatelier.com together with clear photographs and videos of the item.

Exchanges are only permitted where the defect or sizing error is determined to be the responsibility of Amore Atelier Dubai.

As our products are custom-made, we do not generally offer refunds.

Where a refund request is exceptionally approved by Amore Atelier Dubai, it will be issued only as a Credit Note in the same customer's name and for the same purchase value. Credit Notes are valid for two (2) months from the date of issue and may be used toward any future purchase from Amore Atelier Dubai.

Complaints submitted after one (1) day from delivery may not be accepted unless accompanied by a valid reason and approved by Amore Atelier Dubai.

Cancellation Policy

Online orders may be cancelled within four (4) hours of purchase by emailing info@amoreatelier.com.

If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 15–40 days, depending on the customer's bank or card issuer.

Modest Wear Home Service (Private Viewing) Policy

Our complimentary Home Service (Private Viewing) is available to customers who purchase a minimum of three (3) designs during their appointment.

If fewer than three (3) designs are purchased, a Home Service fee of AED 1,000 will apply.

By booking a Home Service appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

Delivery Policy

Modest Wear Collection

·       New Orders

o   Within the UAE: 15 working days

o   International: 18 working days

·       Ready-to-Wear Designs

o   Within the UAE: 3 working days

o   International: Up to 8 working days

Bridal & Party Dresses

Online Orders

Estimated delivery times are:

·       Within the UAE: 10–30 working days

·       International Orders: 20–35 working days

Atelier Orders

For customers who place their orders at our atelier, the delivery date will be confirmed at the time of purchase and stated on the sales invoice. The delivery date indicated on the invoice shall be considered the agreed delivery date for the order.

Shipping Charges

·       Delivery within the UAE is free of charge.

·       International shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.
