·       Within the UAE: 10–30 working days

·       International Orders: 20–35 working days

These delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, customs clearance, shipping carrier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Atelier Orders

For customers who place their orders at our atelier, the delivery date will be confirmed at the time of purchase and stated on the sales invoice. The delivery date indicated on the invoice shall be considered the agreed delivery date for the order.

Shipping Charges

·       Delivery within the UAE is free of charge.

·       International shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.
