Shoppers have one day after receiving the item/items to make a complain about an item/items that is defective in terms of the materials and fabric used or if there is any mistake of the size or measurement made by Amore Atelier Dubai.
Requests can be made by sending an Email along with a clear pictures and videos of the product to: info@amoreatelier.com .
Please note that exchange is only allowed if an item is defective in terms of the materials and fabric used and if there is a mistake of the size or measurement made by Amore Atelier Dubai.
As a General Rule, we don’t have a Refund policy as our products are customized. if Amore Atelier Dubai approved the request, then Refunds will be done only through a credit note with the same amount of the item that customer have paid, under the same customer’s name and details, and it can be used to purchase any of Amore Atelier Dubai’s designs within 02 months from the date of the Credit Note.
Complaints outside the period (one day after receiving the item/items) will not be entertained unless you have a valid reason, and also it will be a subject of Amore Atelier Dubai approval.
Cancelation Policy
Only online order can be canceled within 4 hours when the purchase is completed by sending us email to : info@amoreatelier.com, then Refunds will be made into the original mode of payment and will be processed within 15 to 40 days .
